A youth-led, community-driven public learning institution established on March 2, 2019. What began as a small volunteer-run reading room has grown into a vibrant learning hub providing 24/7 access to reading spaces, ICT facilities, classrooms, and community programs.

Building the Future
Due to increasing demand, Degahbour Public Library is leading a community-driven initiative to construct a modern public library that can serve more than 3,000 users daily.
